1. What we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account, the content you and your organization choose to store in BeMo, and standard product telemetry (page views, errors, performance) to keep the service running.

On this public website, and not inside the BeMo product, we use two measurement tools. Plausible counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. LinkedIn's Insight Tag tells LinkedIn when one of its members visits bemointel.ai, so that we can show our posts to people who have already been here; LinkedIn sets its own cookie for that and you can turn it off in your LinkedIn advertising settings. Neither tool sees anything you put into BeMo.

2. How we use it

To provide the BeMo service to your organization. To improve features through aggregated, de-identified usage patterns. To communicate with you about service updates.

3. AI and training

Your organization's data is never used to train shared or public AI models. We use frontier AI models from vendors who likewise commit to not training on your data. The models that serve BeMo see your data only to respond to you, and that interaction is not retained by the model provider beyond the standard processing window required for safety review.

4. Sharing

We share data with service providers (cloud hosting, error monitoring) only as necessary to operate BeMo, under contracts that bind them to the same standards. We do not share your organization's data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms. The only marketing tool that learns anything about you is the website tag described above, and it learns only that a visit happened.

5. Your rights

You can access, export, correct, and delete your organization's data at any time. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK-GDPR, and CCPA respectively. Contact privacy@bemointel.ai.

6. Data retention

While your account is active, we retain your organization's data so the service can work. When an account is terminated, you may export your organization's data in full, and we delete it from our production systems within thirty days.

Two exceptions. Encrypted backups roll off on their own schedule, so data may persist in backup storage past the thirty-day mark before it is overwritten; it is not restored to production or used for any purpose in the meantime. And we retain what the law requires us to retain — records subject to a legal hold, tax and billing records, and security logs kept for incident investigation.

For organizational accounts, deleting an individual user does not delete the organization's data. That data belongs to the organization and is removed when the organization's account is terminated.
