1. What we collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account, the content you and your organization choose to store in BeMo, and standard product telemetry (page views, errors, performance) to keep the service running.
2. How we use it
To provide the BeMo service to your organization. To improve features through aggregated, de-identified usage patterns. To communicate with you about service updates.
3. AI and training
Your organization's data is never used to train shared or public AI models. We use frontier AI models from vendors who likewise commit to not training on your data. The models that serve BeMo see your data only to respond to you, and that interaction is not retained by the model provider beyond the standard processing window required for safety review.
4. Sharing
We share data with service providers (cloud hosting, error monitoring) only as necessary to operate BeMo, under contracts that bind them to the same standards. We do not share with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms.
5. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, and delete your organization's data at any time. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK-GDPR, and CCPA respectively. Contact privacy@bemointel.ai.
