Terms of service
These terms govern your use of BeMo. They are written to be understood, not avoided. If something is unclear, write to us and we will explain.
1. The service
BeMo is a software platform provided to your organization on a subscription basis. We provide the platform; you control the work you do with it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the actions taken under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the content your organization stores in BeMo. We claim no ownership of your work and no license beyond what is necessary to operate the service for you.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use BeMo to harm others, violate the law, or evade the spirit of these terms. The full acceptable-use policy is available on request.
5. Termination
Either party may end the relationship with reasonable notice. On termination, you can export all of your organization's data and we will delete it from our systems within thirty days.
